"I have worked with Note Cycles and Diamond on the constant reboot issue for a full year to no avail. This thread and many others detail issue where unit randomly reboots while riding. "***www.facebook.***/groups/254537365022415/posts/2213270395815759/" I replaced unit once but issue persists. Diamond knows this is a software issue but is unable to get a fix deployed. I told Note Cycles they should stop selling this product. I am looking for replacement"

Diamond audio head unit

"Very easy install. Unit is simply amazing. Everything you could ask for and some. That's not just the radio either, customer service included. They didn't have an option to add rear speakers when I purchased my unit. I assumed it would come with everything, but it didn't. After contacting them they offered to send me everything I needed to get it hooked up at no additional cost to me. Just can't ask for more. Will definitely be checking here first for any future audio upgrades for my bikes."
