Easy Installation and True Plug and Play

"Ordered this radio and received it within 4 days. Installation was basic and straight forward. Video was helpful. True plug and play and extremely happy with the radio. Well needed upgrade to my factory radio on 2014 Street Glide Special."

Don't do it - not worth it!

"It's not worth it folks. I bought this unit back in summer of 2024 - so I've had a year and a half with this unit in my motorcycle. 1) Unit frequently loses pairing ("forgets") and has to be reconnected - usually while I am transiting - and this requires hands on the screen. 2) Speakers sounded horrible! No matter what I tried over the course of a year, I never could get back what I had with Boom! Audio 3) Note cycles told me they would notify me about updates, and I never heard from them again. I had to go to a Facebook group to monitor updates as they came along, hoping to regain some of the features I had from the Boom! system. 4) the Updates did not help. System continued to have poor stability and pairing issues. 5) I could never get Right-hand Joystick controls similar to what the bike does with Boom! - no matter what I did with Maestro programming. The right hand joystick essentially became useless. 6) Media stored on USB: can only read by album name. Forget searching by artist. So if you have a ton of "Greatest Hits" albums, good luck - and don't forget, you don't have a right-hand joystick to scroll through them! 7) final straw was the unit this week "forgot" how to seek through music on the left-hand joystick. I tried a reflash with Maestro - no go. Unit is now on my shelf as a door prize. That was a lot of money for 17 months of agony. With my Boom! audio back in again, my speakers sound amazing again and essentially all I lost was Android Auto (and a lot of money)"

Great customer service experience

"I had to make two calls to customer service on two separate days, I was prompted to leave my info and would get a call back. Each time I was contacted within approx. 15 minutes. Cant say enough good things about Kevin siegel. Im not big on leaving reviews, but kevin went above and beyond. Fantastic customer service."

Defective stereo head unit

"I received a defective stereo from Note Cycles made by Diamond Audio. I understand that sometime you get a bad unit. The difference is a company with "good" customer service would have made it right. I had to pay my mechanic $375.00 because he had to spend 2 hours on the phone "reflashing" the unit to make it work. Not my fault I was sent a bad unit! Note Cycle didn't care."
