Focal Plug & Play Speakers | 2014-2023 Harley Davidson Touring

• Focal 6.5 inch component speakers
• Crossover with Note Cycles T-Harness
• Focal grille (1 pair for either Street Glide or Road Glide)

Tools needed:

• Phillips head screw driver
• Cutters
• Zip Ties
• T25 torx driver
• 3/16 allen wrench

Step 1

• This will vary by year and model. You will need to remove the speaker pod assembly to be able to fully remove the 6.5 inch speakers.
• Once the speaker pod is removed, remove your existing speakers.

Step 2

Prepping the Focal speakers for install:

• Insert the tweeter into the speaker grille specific for your motorcycle:
• Round grille - Street Glide/Electra Glide
• Tear Drop - Road Glide
• With the Focal logo facing you, insert the wiring for the tweeter through the opening in the grille and press the tweeter into place.

Step 3

Installing the Focal speakers into your speaker pod:

• Use the provided crossover and T-harness:
• Connect the uninsulated 1/8th and 1/4 inch spade connectors to the factory wiring in your speaker pod. 
• Use the insulated female connectors nearest the speaker pod to connect to your Focal speaker. Again match up the 1/8th and 1/4 inch spade connectors. 
• Use a zip tie to secure any loose wires before inserting them into the speaker pod. 
• Make sure that you leave enough wire (3-4 inches) outside the pod to connect to your tweeter.
• Secure the mid-bass speaker to the speaker pod.

Step 4

Replacing the speaker grilles and pods:

• Street Glides/Electra Glides:
• Remove the factory grille.
• Install your new Focal grille with tweeter into the fairing and secure with the factory screws. 
• Connect your tweeter wire to the T-harness by matching up the 1/8th and /4 inch spade connectors. 
• Reinstall your speaker pod.
• Road Glides:
• Reinstall your speaker pod. 
• Connect your tweeter wire to the T-harness by matching up the 1/8th and /4 inch spade connectors. 
• Install your new Focal grille with tweeter into the fairing.
